Solance onboarding is built to do the work for you. Enter your company name and country of operation, and we source your corporate documents directly through access to over 300 registries worldwide. No unnecessary back-and-forth. No requests for documents we can retrieve ourselves. We prepare a clear company overview with directors, ownership structure and access rights ready for your review. If we need anything further, we ask clearly. Once all required information is available, your account will be up and running within 24 hours.

Solance enables organisations to own and manage multiple currencies within the same payment environment. Foreign currency accounts sit alongside primary accounts, fully integrated for approvals, reporting and oversight. This allows international operations to remain structured and transparent without relying on separate providers or disconnected tools.

Can multiple entities operate within one Solance environment?

Yes. Solance is built specifically for organisations that operate across multiple entities. Each entity will have its own clearly defined accounts and access rights, all within one coherent environment.

How does the Solance card work?

The Solance corporate debit card is a Mastercard linked directly to your Solance account. Use it for travel, expenses or online payments, anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

Physical cards are issued from launch. Digital wallet support will follow in Q4, 2026.

How do I manage cards, users and spending limits?

Everything is managed in the Solance platform. Issue cards, assign them to users and set spending limits in real time. There are no fixed limits. You stay fully in control of how each card is used.

Does Solance offer foreign exchange?

Yes. You can instantly exchange funds within the Solance platform across 20+ currencies, directly from your account. For larger volumes, your account director can provide tailored rates aligned with market conditions.
