UX & Design Lead

This is a role where you’ll shape how exceptional clients experience Solance. You’ll design clear, intuitive journeys and build the design system that brings our brand to life across every touchpoint. Working closely with product, engineering, and leadership, you’ll make sure our platform feels seamless, human, and ahead of the curve.

This is more than just building software, we’re rethinking how banking is delivered. You’ll play a key role in building a resilient, scalable, and secure platform that raises the bar for customer experience in financial services. You’ll work directly with our CTO, principal engineer and senior UI engineer to influence the architecture, engineering culture and long-term technology vision of the company.

This role sits at the centre of how Solance moves. You’ll lead and operationalise the compliance framework that underpins our authorisation with the Central Bank of Ireland. You’ll ensure we meet regulatory expectations while giving the business the confidence to innovate, supporting fast, intelligent onboarding and an operating model built for real-world complexity. Teams will rely on you for clear, practical guidance that keeps decisions compliant, pragmatic, and moving forward.
