product & client innovation lead

As our Product & Client Innovation Lead, you’ll drive how Solance designs and delivers new services for complex clients. From shaping product strategy to turning client needs into tailored solutions, you’ll be hands-on in building what’s next. Working across technology, operations, and compliance, you’ll help us launch products that are sharp, compliant, and truly client-focused. With your vision and expertise, you’ll set the pace for innovation at Solance.
UX & Design Lead

This is a role where you’ll shape how exceptional clients experience Solance. You’ll design clear, intuitive journeys and build the design system that brings our brand to life across every touchpoint. Working closely with product, engineering, and leadership, you’ll make sure our platform feels seamless, human, and ahead of the curve.

payment & operations officer

This role is the beating heart of our operations. You’ll make sure every transaction runs smoothly and compliant, every process stays sharp, and reporting is handled with precision. From troubleshooting a SWIFT delay to shaping new payment flows, you’ll be hands-on in every sense. With your payments expertise and problem-solving drive, you won’t just keep things moving you’ll help Solance set a new pace for fast, secure, and friction-free financial services.
Credit Committee Member

As a Credit Committee Member, you’ll provide independent oversight of Solance’s credit decisions. You’ll review and challenge proposals, shape our risk appetite, and ensure lending decisions meet the highest standards of governance. With your expertise, we’ll manage risk responsibly while creating opportunities for clients with complex needs.
